Recurring Donation Change or Stop Policy

Please call us at 404-482-9351, at least 15 days before the stop date, to change or stop your monthly recurring donations.

Overpayment or Error Refund Policy

When an error has been made by our organization or a banking facility that results in an overpayment being made, our organization, in consultation with the donor, may refund the donation by either a credit of the overpayment to the donor or by check for the full amount of the overpayment. We will send the checks within 30 days to the donor on file address. Donors are responsible for reporting any change of address to Grace For All Nations, Inc.

Non-refundable Donations

Under specific circumstances, Grace For All Nations, Inc. can return a donor’s donation upon legal review, ensuring that none of the following circumstances is true:

• Grace For All Nations, Inc. has already used the donation towards the public good;
• The return of the donation would significantly negatively affect the organization’s financial health of the;
• Grace For All Nations, Inc. has agreed and can use the donation according to the donor’s intent and/or gift agreement.
